Due to a big Brass Band Competition taking place at Pontins, Prestatyn on the same weekend as our Dinner, all rooms are now fully booked at the Beaches Hotel. However we have found that the new Premier Inn at Rhuddlan has plenty of rooms at this moment. There is ample parking at the Inn car park and a free shuttle bus will be provided. You are strongly advised to book your rooms urgently. Telephone 0870 1112857. The rooms are all the same, having one double bed and one settee bed, made up as you wish; and costs £60 per night per room. Breakfast is available at the Table Table Restaurant at Morfa Rhuddlan, virtually attached next door. Continental Breakfast costs £5.25 but a full, eat as much as you wish, Cooked Breakfast is £7.50 It is also essential for organising sufficient Shuttle Bus Seats that you book the number of seats required with the Treasurer as soon as you have booked your rooms. (Please dont leave it later as shuttle bus drivers are almost as hard to find as hotel rooms on a Saturday night. You have been warned!) The Bus(s) will leave the Premier Inn at 6.30pm to give time to be seated for dinner by 7pm. The bus will return at 1am. |
