It is possible that the Little Theatre will be closed from the 1st of December. A meeting to decide the future of the theatre is being held at the end of November, but this does not give us enough time to arrange an alternative venue for our meeting if needed. As a result, it was decided to cancel the December meeting. The January meeting will go ahead as usual, but it may take place in a different venue. Further details will be posted here as soon as they are known. A committee meeting will be held on the 2nd of December at 8pm at the Crown Bard in Rhyl, as Caskeys is closed. |

Due to a big Brass Band Competition taking place at Pontins, Prestatyn on the same weekend as our Dinner, all rooms are now fully booked at the Beaches Hotel. However we have found that the new Premier Inn at Rhuddlan has plenty of rooms at this moment. There is ample parking at the Inn car park and a free shuttle bus will be provided. You are strongly advised to book your rooms urgently. Telephone 0870 1112857. The rooms are all the same, having one double bed and one settee bed, made up as you wish; and costs £60 per night per room. Breakfast is available at the Table Table Restaurant at Morfa Rhuddlan, virtually attached next door. Continental Breakfast costs £5.25 but a full, eat as much as you wish, Cooked Breakfast is £7.50 It is also essential for organising sufficient Shuttle Bus Seats that you book the number of seats required with the Treasurer as soon as you have booked your rooms. (Please dont leave it later as shuttle bus drivers are almost as hard to find as hotel rooms on a Saturday night. You have been warned!) The Bus(s) will leave the Premier Inn at 6.30pm to give time to be seated for dinner by 7pm. The bus will return at 1am. |

4th of August 2008 Don't forget that the August meeting will be held at Bodafon Farm in Llandudno, and not at the Little Theatre.
31st May 2008 The first member profiles have been added.
8th of May 2008 A form is now available to download for the Members and Find A Magician sections. Please complete your form and return it as soon as possible, if you have not already done so.
23rd of April 2008 The members section is now accessble by clicking on the playing card that appears on every page of the website. A section has been created for people who wish to Find a Magician.
10th of April 2008 The meetings page has been updated again, and it is now possible to log into the Members section.
8th of March 2008 The meetings page has been updated, and a group photo has been added to the members page.
2nd of February 2008 The Griffin Magazine website has been added to
the links page, and the archives page has been updated to show the current number of items scanned in, and the amount remaining.
16th January 2008 The March meeting is now "Trick Surgery". Do you have a trick that you just can't get the hang of? Or that one effect that you can't find the right routine for? This is the meeting for you. Get help and advice from other members. Who knows? Somebody else might just havethe answer that you're looking for!
